Hints of gooseberry and pineapple lend this zingy wine a certain freshness. A great example of what the verdelho grape is capable of these days.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale green colour. Intense wine with citric grapefruit notes blended with tropical aromas like mango and peach. It’s a light-medium bodied wine with a good acidity, fresh style and good persistence.

An aromatic un-oaked white wine with a fresh clean palate, showing lovely peach and apricot flavours with some floral and aromatic notes. The palate is complex, fresh and unctuous with a lingering finish.

Caoba Oak Aged Malbec Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina 7.25/8.50 25.00
The wine is aged for six months on French & American oak. On the eye has deep ruby-red tones. Aromas of red fruits; cherry, plum and raspberry are combined with a touch of wood which enhances the presence of chocolate and vanilla.

60% Gewurztraminer, 30% Chardonnay & l 0% Moscato Bianco. Tart passion fruit, pineapple skins and some floral notes, there are some hints of citrus on the palate that is unctuous but offering a savouring acidity and very well balanced

Araucano Reserve Carmenère Colchagua Chile 30
This is a delightful example of what the Colchagua region has to offer. Intensely, ruby in the glass with concentrated red fruit, spice and earthy undertones. Soft and sensual on the palate with voluptuous texture typical of fully ripened Carmenère.
Algodon Pinot Noir San Rafael – Mendoza Argentina 40
Vanilla, mocha and dark fruits fill the enticing nose. The palate is rich and fuller in style for Pinot but retains elegance. The palate is smooth with dark cherries, sandalwood and creamy vanilla flavours. This is superbly textured Pinot Noir. This wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barriques.

The traditional ‘ramato’ style of Pinot Grigio rosé, produced exclusively from
Pinot Grigio. Careful handling in the vineyard and winery, and a short soak in
the press to extract the natural dusky bronze colour of ripe Pinot Grigio grapes,
gives a pale, coral pink wine. An elegant and dry rosé.

Pale light yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes
reminiscent of peach and green apple, there are also good secondary notes of
acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate with balanced acidity.’
